How do I visit an animal page? Click on any animal name in the sidebar on the left side of the screen. If you don't see a sidebar, try making your browser window bigger, or wait for the page to finish loading (this could take a while on 28.8k). How do I go back to the homepage? Click the "HOME" link at the top of any page, or click the "<<< Back to Homepage" link at the bottom of most pages. What are those blue underlined words? Those are called "hyperlinks"! Click on them to go to other pages. This is the magic of the World Wide Web! |

Problem: The page is loading slowly Solution: Our server hamster may be taking a nap. Please wait patiently or try again later. You could also try turning off images in your browser settings if you're on a really slow connection. Problem: Images aren't loading Solution: Make sure you have "Auto Load Images" enabled in your browser. If images still don't load, the hamster is definitely napping. Problem: The site looks weird Solution: You might be using an unsupported browser. We recommend Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. If you're using something called "Mozilla" or "Opera," you're on your own. Problem: I can't find an animal Solution: Check our sidebar! If the animal isn't there, we probably don't have it yet. Feel free to request it! Problem: The vote buttons don't work Solution: They never worked. They're decorative. |
